趙游 (Zhao You)
Technology Entrepreneur & Network Infrastructure Specialist
"Eternity is not a distance but a decision"
At 21 years old, I'm a Hong Kong-based technology entrepreneur operating my own Autonomous System (AS48818) while pursuing BSc (Hons) in Applied Computing at Hang Seng University. With 14 years of hands-on experience starting from age 7, I've delivered over 200 completed projects spanning web development, network infrastructure, and domain investing.
As founder of both Netser, Inc. (US) and Netser Group Holdings Limited (Hong Kong), I bridge the gap between application-layer web development and infrastructure-layer network operations—a rare combination that positions me at the intersection of software engineering and internet backbone operations.
My mission is simple: building great software to improve the lives of others while managing complex internet routing infrastructure that powers global connectivity.
Full-stack development with React, Angular, PHP, and modern JavaScript frameworks
Operating AS48818 with IPv6 blocks and BGP routing expertise
Strategic portfolio management with premium domain acquisitions
I'm always open to discussing new projects, creative ideas, or opportunities to be part of your visions.
